Architecture

The luminaire is designed in accordance with IEC 61347-2-13-2006 and UL8750 standard specifications. It is a ready-for-use unit that could be simply replaced the existing traditional highbay light without sophisticated installation process. The light fixture is composed by cone shape housing, electrical gear box and mounting hook integrated as a unique luminaire of various luminous fluxes

Application

There are two basic models available for various industrial applications. Model 4109 series is suitable for ceiling height of not more than 4 meters whereas 4603 is recommended for ceiling height exceeding 4 meters.

Light Source

PAVO 5528 tri-spot high flux LED illuminators are deployed as light source. Each unit of PAVO 5528 comprises of 3 units of 3W high-flux LED emitters. Standard color temperature would be cool white of CCT 5600~6000K with luminous efficacy of 170 lumen per watt at I_F 700mA.

Thermal Management

Core thermal management system is concealed behind the illuminators mounting substrate and impinges on the cone reflector. Proprietary aluminum heat sinks with adequate thermal dissipating surface are respectively mounting on each and every LED illuminator henceforth transmitted to the aluminum cone reflector via the core thermal system thereby distributed to the surrounding atmosphere.

The luminaire is designed in accordance with IEC 61347-2-13-2006 and UL8750 standard specifications and matching with traditional fluorescent batten light in term of its technical specification and brightness.

The housing is made of extruded aluminum alloy profile, thus characteristically is corrosive resistance.

Illuminating window is enclosed by 5mm thick toughened glass fitted with anti-ageing polyurethane waterproof gasket fastened by hex-screws thus compliances with IP65 ingress protection standard .

The enclosure is further fitted with multiple units of stainless steel closing-clips along the longitudinal edges for anti-vandalism reason.

Submersible luminaire are ascent lightings that used to install below water level,either recessed into or fasten onto the concrete platform of a water pool or splash fountain. 

The traditional submersible luminaire used to adopt high intensity discharge lamp as light source ranging from 100 watts or 250 watts.The high-voltage lighting may consequential to high cost of maintenance and electrical hazards.

In this respect, the design of light fixtures should be IP68 compliant and corrosion resistant.
